Tom Fallon

Broadly experienced C-Suite executive and board member for both private and public companies. Industry experience in high tech, technology financial services and environmental monitoring. Career that spanned manufacturing roles at HP and Sun Microsystems and various leadership and GM roles at Cisco Systems. Most recently served as COO and then CEO of Infinera – an innovation leader in Optical Transport. Currently serves on the board of directors of Hercules Capital (HTGC), Infinera (INFN), advisory council for QuantumScape (QS) and the Engineering Advisory Board of the Cockrell School at the University of Texas. Mr. Fallon holds B.S.M.E. and MBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
