John Kremer

John Kremer is a thirty-year Silicon Valley and technology veteran with significant startup, technology, operations and business development experience.  In addition to driving new and existing ventures, John also manages marketing and operations for NosTerra Ventures.

John comes to NosTerra Ventures from Adobe where he was Vice President of Business Development and Product Operations for Adobe’s Digital Media organization. Digital Media at Adobe include both its Creative Cloud business and its Document Cloud business. During John’s seven-year tenure at Adobe, Digital Media grew from less than $3B in revenue to over $12B. John also served as Chief of Staff and VP of Business Operations

Prior to Adobe, John worked at JP Morgan Chase where he was an SVP and Product Leader for the company’s digital experiences, including Chase.com. John also served as Senior Vice President and  Chief of Staff to three CEOs at Yahoo!, and was the Vice President and General Manager of Yahoo! Mail, at that time, the largest email communication platform on the planet.  Before he joined Yahoo!, he served as SVP of Product and Marketing at Aurema, a workload management software company that was acquired by Citrix, and he co-founded EXP Systems Inc., a consumer marketplace for expert advice and services.

John lives in Menlo Park, California with his wife and, usually at least two of his three sons.  He enjoys tennis, trail running and any time he can get with his two dogs.  John is a graduate of Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and Cornell University, where he was a co-Captain of the Varsity Men’s Tennis team. John was born and raised in Memphis and currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Soulsville Foundation in Memphis. After a gap from his many years coaching youth sports, John also recently found his way back to coaching as an Assistant Tennis Coach at Castilleja School in Palo Alto.
