Theo Ludwick

Theo is an Entrepreneur in Residence at NosTerra, focusing on Energy and the Environment. Prior to joining NosTerra, Theo led a broad set of go-to-market teams, spanning strategy & operations, product and growth marketing, and channel management. He has diverse leadership experience as both an athletics coach and business manager, having worked with and at early-stage start-ups, SunPower Corporation, and Google (along with a seven-year run as a water polo coach early in his career).   

Fundamentally, Theo believes in applying the power and speed of business to help solve our world’s biggest challenges. He enjoys leading from high-level strategy through to operational execution and is most energized when working with a team to design a solution, test it quickly, and then build for scale. Theo’s greatest motivators are the people in his life, especially his wife and his three children, who inspire him to leave the world better than he found it. 

Theo holds a BA in Earth and Planetary Sciences from Harvard University, and a dual MBA & MS in Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan.
